| Literally the best place in Kingston to take any year, make and model of vehicle for professional service. The customer satisfaction and quality of work is second to none. In depth diagnostics is extremely accurate and you will only ever get repaired what needed to be repaired. Having a garage with mechanics and staff that you can trust is worth its weight in gold to everyone. |

| In the past three years we have been very happy with the work on our two vehicle's. The estimate's have been spot on or sometimes cheaper than what was quoted. Paul does what's needed at the time unless it's authorized by the customer. I won't go anywhere else |

| This place is great. Came here for an inspection. Other places couldnt get me in for a week and these guys got me in right away. I have an older car, so I was a bit worried. A less honest mechanic could have had a field-day. However, Paul passed the car while also outlining the issues that I might see in the future, and how to look for them. Their receptionist is also one of the most lovely people I've come across since moving to Kingston! Would certainly recommend to a friend. |

When doing the booked maintenance they look over the vehicle to see if there are any other issues that may be needing attention down the road and if so when we should be coming back to see Paul. | Paul and his mechanics know their job inside out. Paul always has our safety in mind when it comes to the condition of our tires. He is a people person and easy to talk to about what's happening with our vehicles. His receptionist is so happy and bubbly and makes waiting in the lobby a joy! Our last visit to Paul's was a very memorable one! |

| One of the BEST mechanics in Canada. Knows his trade. I send my family to him as he does what is needed and no more. For example: my daughter was told in Petawawa that she needed new rotors and pads for her back breaks. I told her to wait till she came to Kingston and go see Paul. She did and instead of replacing the rotors and pads, Paul stated that the calipers needed cleaning and that the rotors and pads were fine. My daughter saved a few hundred dollars there and that was last fall and she still has no issues with her brakes. Recommend Paul's Auto to everyone? |

| When asked to check radiator coolant, I would like to have what the temperature is good for on bill. Tire change, I would like tire senser reset with out asking. |
