| We always take our 2 vehicles to Paul's as we trust that the work done is done expertly and is needed. There have been a few times where we needed something checked to be sure our vehicle was indeed road worthy and it gives us peace of mind knowing that Paul or one of his crew have checked our vehicles out. |

| We have 2 vehicles and Paul and his crew have been our service technicians for years. We can always count on reliable expertise . We just had our van in a few week ago for a lube/oil/filter as part of the check over it was noticed that our present all season tires were showing signs of wear /cracking etc so we had Paul order what he thought would be great tires and we were back in a few days later to ahve them installed. Yesterday we got a call saying these specific tires had a rebate , all we had to do was pop in to pick up the paperwork as Carolyn had it all set to go for us! It is so wonderful to have peace of mind that Paul and his crew look afterour vehicles as wellas they do because in turn Paul's keep us safe on the roads ! Thanks guys ! See you when our next 5000 km rolls over on whichever vehicle hits it first! |

| Absolutely great service and reasonable service fees.. Was a great expierence with Paul's shop as he and his staff handled the repairs of my daughter's vehicle while keeping me informed as I am not located in Kingston. |

| I am very pleased with the service I was given when I brought my truck in to Paul's to have my brakes serviced. Paul spent ample time with me discussing costs and concerns that I had over whether I would need brakes front and back. He scheduled an appointment for me the following day and assured me that I could be present during the process to see what work was required. Once the wheels were off and the brake pads were exposed the mechanic brought me over and told me that they still had 50 wear left on them and that simple maintenance of each brake would take care of the squeak. I really appreciate the honesty and exceptional service that I was given during my first time at Paul's. I'll be back for future vehicle maintenance and servicing. Thanks for the great experience. |

In depth diagnostics is extremely accurate and you will only ever get repaired what needed to be repaired. Having a garage with mechanics and staff that you can trust is worth its weight in gold to everyone. |

| In the past three years we have been very happy with the work on our two vehicle's. The estimate's have been spot on or sometimes cheaper than what was quoted. Paul does what's needed at the time unless it's authorized by the customer. I won't go anywhere else |

| This place is great. Came here for an inspection. Other places couldnt get me in for a week and these guys got me in right away. I have an older car, so I was a bit worried. A less honest mechanic could have had a field-day. However, Paul passed the car while also outlining the issues that I might see in the future, and how to look for them. Their receptionist is also one of the most lovely people I've come across since moving to Kingston! Would certainly recommend to a friend. |
