| Went above and beyond to modify my charge pipe to fit, and fix an oil leak in a rush. They've done my intercooler, downpipe, charge pipe and cosmetic work all without issue. Paul is an excellent problem solver with helpful connections in Kingston and did the most to get my car running in time. This is definitely the spot to take your for performance mods or basic maintenance in Kingston. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and always available on the phone which is also nice. |

| Was very happy with the service Paul?s shop did and impressed by how much they care about there customers. Had a part come in late and the tech stayed late to get me back on the road! Never had a shop do that before, usually once 5 o?clock comes everyone leaves. I highly recommend Paul?s auto to everyone. |

| First time using Paul's service. Just moved to Kingston and the mechanic I dealt with at my old location had indicated I needed a right tie rod. No time to have previous mechanic fix vehicle so I took it to Paul's for service. They also said I needed outer tie rods but inner were still good. They fixed vehicle quickly and confirmed exactly what a previous mechanic had said. Very satisfied as I feel I can trust Paul's to fix only what needs fixing and not try to repair parts that are still good. Overall very happy and will return again in future. |

| I am so glad I found Paul's Auto for my cars needs. The staff is non pushy but informative and always had my car ready quickly. I appreciated the ability to have a substitute car while my car was in the shop as well. I will definitely refer Paul's Auto to anyone who needs a mechanic. |

| Paul And the Team are Fantastic. I was able to get Pam on the line and get a great time slot. I was then also able to rent their car to so I could run some errands (call ahead for That, LoL Thank You Pam:-) Very Reasonable Rates, and Fantastic service and work. | As always paul auto service shop did not fail to perform to a high standard,i was treated well,car was fixed promptly and efficiently,i take several of my vehicles to them regularly and must say that they are one of the best,well-run shops ive ever dealt with and ive had lots of experience with a variety of independent auto repair shops over the years, paul himself is a straightforward,nononsense guy and the shop reflects that overall, the reception staff are friendly and courteous, a great automotive repair experience. |
